 Guidelines

  ~ We invite our guests to take advantage of the balconies for  smoking. There is an automatic $250.00 clean-up fee added to your  bill for smoking in any rooms that are designated as non-smoking.

  ~ There is a 72 hour cancellation policy for all reservations.

~ Higher rates may be in effect during special events and holiday periods.

 ~ Please note there are a maximum number of people allowed in each room   based on the number of beds in the room.(2 per bed). Each additional person in the room will be charged $25.00

 ~ All major credit cards are accepted.

 ~ All rates are subject to 12.5% tax rate.

 ~ PETS ALLOWED IN MOTEL SECTION ONLY. There is a $25.00  fee for pets.
